Existing subscribers who are locked in at Founder pricing are exempt from price increases for as long as their subscription remains active and in good standing.

We offer monthly subscription Services delivered by physical mail and/or digital delivery. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.

Month-to-month subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Prepaid 6-month subscriptions are billed upfront and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

All subscription mailers are hand-assembled. Contents may vary slightly from what is depicted on the site. Mystery items will not be disclosed in advance.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing and account information. You are responsible for keeping your contact and payment information up to date so we can complete your transactions and reach you if needed.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party tools (including Stripe for payment processing and yourmixtape.fyi for playlist delivery).
